Step-mother
Step-mother is the wife of your father. She is not your biological mother.
Here is an example from the family of the current president of the United State of America, Joe Biden.
Foster mother
Foster mother is the non-biological mother that looks after a person after the death of their parents or their absence because of something beyond their reach or because of merely their indifference and negligence towards the kid.
For example, Curly Dadan from the notorious Mountain Bandits was by force the foster mother of Luffy and Ace after she was blackmailed by their grandfather, Garp. He disposed of them at her place and went away.

Foster father
Foster father shares the same traits of the foster mother as he looks after a person and functions as one’s father would.

What is the Difference between Step-brother and Half-brother?
Half-brother is the son of your father and your step-mother or the son of your mother and step-father. So, you share one parent together which makes you related by blood.
On the contrary, you don’t have any blood relationship with your step-brother since he is the son of your step-father and his spouse or step-mother and her spouse. To be well-informed and avoid confusion, neither do your step-father and his spouse have a blood relationship with you nor do your step-mother and her spouse.
In short, your half-brother is related to you by blood, and your step-brother is NOT related to you by blood.
Sisters
Sisters are the female offspring of one’s parents.
Sister-in-law is the wife of one’s brother.
The same logic of the step-brothers and half-brothers applies here, there are step-sisters and half-sisters.
Son
Son is the male offspring of a married or unmarried* couple.
PS: In some cultures, there’s a room for being a couple out of the boundaries of marriage, thus, reproduction without being married.
Daughter
Daughter is the female offspring of a married or unmarried couple.
Son-in-law
Son-in-law is the husband of one’s daughter.
